Importance of Planning

Why do you need to plan? Why should anyone even bother to plan?  anyone that seeks to achieve great things and still find a balance in their life has to plan because there’s simply no two ways around it.
We can all get caught up in the hustle and bustle of our daily lives that we for get to take care of ourselves. I got so caught up with working long hours that my life lacked balanced and it's safe to say everything so getting too crazy for me to stay organize. I had to take a step back and say "enough is enough" . I began doing my  research into different planning techniques and the importance that I will be sharing with you in this blog post are from my experiences.

Picture yourself waking up in the morning and you remember that you have to go grocery shopping, keep up with a doctor’s appointment, send in investor’s report, put a call through to your parents and volunteer at a fundraising event. Overwhelming right? The importance of planning your moves is that it helps you with the needed direction- instead of getting all worked up by the mere thoughts of all that you have to do, just sit and spread them out in a way that it is easy for you to take on each of them. You would be surprised to see how easy it turns out. what can I say, the goal is to always work smarter not harder!

When you have all your plans carefully mapped out, putting in mind your strengths and weaknesses, you end up reducing the fear of uncertainties since you would have figured out the things that are easier for you to do and those that aren’t. Although, things can change abruptly its always better plan. Like the famous quote says "If you fail to plan, you plan to fail."

Before I started planning my life on a full scale, I was very quick to make irrational decisions. I was that type of person that would commit to a cause without even checking if I’m free for it or not. That changed totally when I began to live a more organized life, I was more careful with making decisions and I had time to weigh my options well. Don't get me wrong though, if you are free you don't have to turn down a spur of the moment coffee or dinner date with your friend because it's not on your to-do's for the day.

With planning, you no longer get dragged into things that do not add value to your life. You begin to have full control over the things that you can do and then know when to say no to the things that won’t add value to your life. When you plan, you become the master of your game and you’d marvel at how much control you have on your life

When you carefully highlight your goals and work towards them as you should, you become a happy person that does not just exist but lives a very purposeful life on your own terms. You begin to see life in its full potentials and then begin to explore all that works perfectly for you.

So how can I get started? You can start by getting the 'A Queen's Lifestyle Planner', it will be your ultimate guide to mapping out the life that you desire and deserve.

I completely agree! I am now getting familiar with digital planning bc I’m so used to paper planning! But it helps! Oh, how it helps!
